Keyboards
For the past 2 decades, Yamaha have been providing affordable high quality keyboards, having good tonal quality, and many rhythms required to play songs. Yamaha PSR E series was dominating until PSR I series were introduced. PSR I425 was first introduced, then I455, and now PSR I500. These keyboards have beautiful tabla rhythms, mridangam tones and tampura, which helps keyboard students to practice the songs with a good rhythm. It is also useful for them to practice the vocal music along with these rhythms.
Among the medium budget keyboard, Yamaha PSR I500 stand first. There are some Casio keyboard available at lower costs, but the tonal quality of PSR I500 and the tabla rhythms quality are uncomparable. Incidentally this keyboard is also suitable for students appearing for Western grade exams for keyboard.
PSR I500 has over 700 voices, including grand pianos, acoustic instruments, synthesizers, and Yamaha XG voices. It also has 210 styles with 3 intros, 3 endings, 4 variations, and 4 fillins per style. It has a 16-track sequencer with 32 tracks over USB. This can also be used as a MIDI keyboard to connect with a PC or a Laptop for sequencing music on DAWs. "Styles" function automatically creates basslines, rhythm tracks, and other accompaniment as you play chord.
